Only the forms your site enters are listed (Wound Evaluation belongs to the core lab; IRC and CEC forms to Aveera). Statuses come from the Subject Report export Aveera loads, so a form you entered today still shows until the next export — click Entered to say so: it leaves this list and comes back only if a later export still lacks it. Deadline = visit date + your site’s EDC deadline days; overdue visits are listed first.

One row is one form instance in Medrio: completing the listed fields there clears the whole row at the next export. Click a row for the field list and for your site’s private working status and notes. Answer and respond to the queries in Medrio itself — that is the only record Aveera and the monitor see. Wound Evaluation queries are not shown — the core lab answers those.

Upload sends the document straight to Aveera’s SharePoint folder and counts as your “sent” report; the file names stay on the record. Email opens your mail program with the study address, subject and a short body filled in — attach the document and send. Mark as sent records any other route (fax, portal upload, handed over at a monitoring visit). Either way Aveera sees “site reports sent” on the document until they confirm receipt, and the row leaves this list then.

Upload sends the study file(s) straight to Aveera’s SharePoint folder and counts as your Uploaded report — the file names stay on the record (click the subject to see them). Choose Uploaded elsewhere if the study went in another way, or Not available if it was never done or cannot be obtained (you will be asked why). Aveera’s site owner is emailed either way; the study leaves this list when Aveera confirms or closes it. Undo is possible until then. Overdue = more than 2 weeks after the visit. Screening imaging (ultrasound and angiogram for patients being screened) sits in its own block above with no due date — upload when the study is available.
